Exhibition Participation Process

Provide company information to obtain conference-related materials (conference introduction, floor plans, etc.)

Step 2: Choose a Booth

Select a suitable booth based on the nature of your company’s products and display requirements
(1) Open booth: Minimum rental of 12 square meters. Open booths better showcase corporate strength and enhance brand exposure.
(2) Standard booth: Minimum rental of 6 square meters. Uniform standards and image. Simple setup, saving time and effort.

Step 3: Sign the Contract

The exhibitor shall pay 100% of the booth fee within 3 working days after the contract is signed by the two parties.

Step 4: Exhibition Preparation

Submit materials such as the conference directory, name tags, and booth signs according to the exhibitor manual requirements
